Rick Ware Racing began fielding entries in NASCAR in 1998 but did not start competing full time until 2017. The team has run in all three major series at one point or another on a part-time basis. They have started 277 races with many different drivers behind the wheel. For 2023, they will run the 15 car full time with JJ Yeley, and a rotating team of drivers for the51 car.
